2 1/3 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons potato starch
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper
6 tablespoons milk
Microwave potato until soft or you can boil them but use them medium boiled, then mash until smooth.
3.Transfer potato mixture into a piping bag.
4.Heat oil to 340 degrees. Squeeze out potato mixture into hot oil in a spiral pattern.
5.Cook until golden brown. Drain well on paper towel before serving.
